Physical ability alone is not a prerequisite for joining the Rab® family as a team member, but sharing our values and a deep desire to represent the brand; working with us to test our designs and to advocate our work, is an absolute requirement.

We pride ourselves on providing members of our team with a high level of support and for this reason, we maintain a small roster of partners with whom we are able to actively collaborate. As a result, it is sometimes necessary to turn down applicants with whom we would very much like to work, so that we can continue to fully support our current team.
