Our Rab Promise is designed to bring you the longest and most rewarding experience possible from your jacket, sleeping bag, or pack. As the original owner, if your item should fail due to a manufacturing defect during its usable lifetime, we will step in and make it right - and if it falls outside of the warranty's terms, don't worry. You still get full access to the specialist expertise of our in-house Service Centre.
What does that mean for you?
Our promise ensures that should your item ever fail due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Just submit a Service Centre Request and one of our team will come back to you with a solution.
As our Rab Promise only covers the original purchaser of the item, the only thing that we require is your proof of purchase. This could be a receipt, bank statement, or order confirmation clearly showing the retailer, date and value.

What if I am not the original owner or my item has been accidentally damaged?
You still have full access to our Rab Service Centre. We know your Rab gear matters to you. That’s why our in-house Service Centre is staffed by a team whose sole purpose is to keep your equipment in prime condition throughout the whole of its usable life.
Service Centre has been set up to support our ethos of Repair and Reuse over Replacement. To ensure that this is as an attractive solution for you as possible, we have a number of subsidized services to support keeping your Rab or Lowe Alpine product performing for as long as possible. Whether it needs a spare part, a proper wash, a minor repair or a full-scale overhaul, we have the team and equipment in place to keep your adventure alive.
Wash - Down is a fantastic insulating material that we all love. We know that its insulating properties rely upon its distribution and ability to loft. Giving your down garment a thorough clean is a challenging operation and that's why we have created ‘Rab Wash’. A specialist, zero-fuss downwash service, it ensures that your Rab down is clean, uniformly filled, fully lofted and ready for your next ascent.
Repair - Once you’ve invested a season or ten creating landmark moments with your Rab clothing and equipment, you won’t want it to end – and with the Rab Service Centre, it doesn’t have to. Staffed by specialist technicians, many of whom worked alongside our founder Rab Carrington, at our original Sheffield premises, there’s virtually no repair we can’t handle. Great kit.
